• Salary Range: USD 46,000 – USD 57,000 per year

• License/Certifications: Active RN license (TX or compact), BLS (AHA)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years CVOR & EPIC charting, 1 year OR nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Support cardiovascular (open‑heart) surgery cases and general OR procedures

• Utilize CVOR and EPIC charting systems accurately and efficiently

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols

• Document patient history, treatment, and care in compliance with standards

• Monitor patient responses and side effects, adjusting care as needed

• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state

• BLS certification (AHA)

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR and EPIC charting experience

• At least 1 year of operating‑room nursing experience

• Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular and general OR environments

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with cardiovascular surgery

• Exposure to open‑heart surgery cases

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast‑paced OR settings

Work Arrangement

This is an onsite, full‑time position based in Corpus Christi, Texas. The schedule follows a regular Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shift, providing a predictable work‑life balance.
