We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in beautiful Anguilla. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional respiratory care to patients, ensuring their comfort and recovery. You will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and deliver effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory conditions and needs.
Administer prescribed treatments and therapies, including oxygen therapy and ventilator management.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in respiratory therapy practices.
Provide emergency care as needed in critical situations.
Requirements
Current certification and licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
Strong background in medical practices, particularly in respiratory care.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Nice to Have
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Familiarity with advanced respiratory care technologies and equipment.
Certification in additional areas, such as Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care.
