The Territory Patient Care Coordinator is a pivotal role within our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring seamless patient care coordination and effective communication between clinical staff and referral sources. This position is essential in promoting our home respiratory therapy services and achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with office staff to ensure prompt and accurate billing and documentation of services, adhering to third-party payor guidelines.
Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
Generate and present a variety of status reports, including activity, closures, follow-ups, and adherence to sales goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities and feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Identify sales prospects and reach out to these accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to facilitate the sales process.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows to promote our services.
Coordinate with company staff to close sales effectively.
Work with clinical, managerial, and sales staff to promote and market home respiratory therapist services to all referral sources.
Ensure safe and accurate operation of all equipment prior to installation.
Achieve a sales quota of five (5) vent uploads and one (1) vest upload per month.
Provide availability for patient contact and respond to patient inquiries and needs.
Complete other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: 8 - 12 years of experience in healthcare, preferably as a sales representative or respiratory therapist.
Must-Have Skills: Billing Procedures, Verbal Communication, Sales Prospecting, Presentation Skills, Customer Service.

This is an onsite position located in California, United States. The role involves fieldwork, including visits to Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, and Case Managers. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: USD 55,000 - USD 65,000.
