Role overview
We're looking for a Frontend Developer to build responsive, performant web interfaces for TalentFlow Inc.'s SaaS recruiting platform. You'll work closely with product designers and backend engineers to ship features used daily by recruiters and candidates alike. This is a high-ownership IC role — you'll take designs from Figma to production.
Build and maintain React/TypeScript components for the core product dashboard.
Implement Figma designs to pixel-perfect, accessible, production-ready UI.
Integrate REST APIs for candidate data, interview flows, and real-time notifications.
Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and coverage targets.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and async design discussions.
Collaborate with the backend team on API contracts and data shapes.
3–5 years of frontend development experience in a professional setting.
Proficiency in React.js — hooks, functional components, state management.
Strong TypeScript skills (strict mode, generics, typed APIs).
Advanced CSS — Flexbox, Grid, responsive/mobile-first design.
Experience consuming REST APIs and handling async data (React Query or similar).
Version control with Git / GitHub — branching, PR code review.
Working knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Figma-to-code workflow experience — translating design tokens and components.
Frontend testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
Prior SaaS or B2B product experience.
Exposure to Webpack / Vite build tooling.
